Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lifeprint mobile application ("App") operated by Lifeprint ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may also register using a third-party social provider (Google or Facebook). By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information from that provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
The App offers a free tier with limited functionality, including up to 3 program templates and local-only data storage. No payment is required for the free tier.
Pro Tier
The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited templates, cloud sync across devices, advanced widgets, and premium themes. Pro is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (programs, routines, tasks, session data). By using the sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your content at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lifeprint and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Lifeprint is a productivity and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, fitness, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before beginning any exercise, health, or wellness program.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifeprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or our systems. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an update within the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lifeprint operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
